The six-year-old chestnut made an impressive seasonal debut when he won the Irish Daily Star Chase at Punchestown, after which he came off second best in a tussle with Outlander for the JNwine.com Champion Chase at Down Royal.

Road To Respect is reported in fine form but he is now likely to be kept on ice until the festive period.

Trainer Noel Meade said: "Road To Respect has also come out of his race well but it's pretty well decided that he won't run again until the Lexus."
