Roger trains at Wendover Stables set in the heart of the Epsom Downs. He runs a small yard of 25 boxes, which allows Roger to train horses individually and to the best of their ability for his owners.

Alan and Lucy Normile
have been training racehorses from the tranquil surroundings of Duncrievie,
Glenfarg for about three years and have gradually built up a smart,
efficient and friendly racing yard. They have a five furlong all-weather
gallop with a good hill to ensure a proper work out for the horses.
They have stabling for 26 horses, with potential for more if required.
They have the use of 60 acres of grazing; there is an outdoor school,
a covered horse-walker and a variety of schooling logs, tyres, hurdles
and fences.
JR, as Jean-René is
known for obvious reasons, is the UK’s only French racehorse
trainer. He took out his license in 2002 and trains for both flat
and jumps. The yard is situated in the picturesque village of Upper
Lambourn. We have accommodation for 28 horses in a classic quadrangle
yard, with a horse walker, lunging paddock and turnout facilities.

George Moore has been
training horses in both codes here for the last fifteen years and
along with his dedicated team has been turning out winners season
after season, over 600 to date. His immaculately kept 53 box yard
can boast of having its own horse walker for free exercise and lunging,
exclusive schooling facilities and excellent turnout paddocks as well
as being close to the local grass and all-weather gallops on Middleham
Moor.
A look behind the scenes
at Glasgow House Racing Stables, Middleham the home of racehorse
trainer Chris Fairhurst. Chis succeeded his father, on his retirement,
in 1994 and is the latest in a long line of trainers at Glasgow House.
After a very succesful
riding career cut short by injury, Heather took out her trainers
