Tanya's Blog - 9th December 2010

I expect many of you are like me and craving for a return of National Hunt turf action. My tipping form on the all weather is relevant to the temperature, very, very cold. So with a little determination I hope to change all that today, wishful thinking I hope not. Wolverhampton starts the fun off at 1.45 with Kempton joining in on the fun later in the day at 4pm, also don’t forget to get your emails in to those in the studio as soon as possible, we’re in the office now so we’re ready to print them off at [email protected].

There are a few short priced ones running today but I am going to swerve them in favour of trying to pick a couple of better value prices, such as Bring Sweets, I can’t believe he will be around 6-1. His flat form isn’t much to shout about and perhaps I am being influenced by his win at Wetherby but he did that well enough contrary to what class it was. Royal Island is perhaps the only other pick for me at Wolverhampton this afternoon and maybe he and Shared Moment can complete a one-two again.

At Kempton I’m only going to select one and that is course specialist Lytham. He seems huge value at a double-figure price.

Cheltenham have called and inspection today at 3pm for the Cross Country Course but it seems prospects are improving all the time for the turf track.
