Captain Cutter took the step up to Grade One level in his stride with victory in the Challow Novices' Hurdle at Newbury.

Nicky Henderson's charge was a market drifter ahead of the two-mile five-furlong contest but belied odds of 8/1 to run out a game four and a half-length winner over Timesremembered.
Tony McCoy held Captain Cutter right at the back of the six-strong field but gradually picked off his rivals one by one.
Long-time leader Shantou Magic was still in front three flights from the finish but Timesremembered took over heading to the next, all the while stalked by McCoy.
Captain Cutter worked his way to the head of affairs coming to the last and only had to be kept up to his work by 'the champ' to grind out the win.
With Henderson in Ireland to saddle the victorious Bobs Worth in the Lexus Chase, assistant Patrick Harty said: "He seemed to jump better going left-handed and AP thought that also. The heavy ground suited him and he stayed on well all the way to the line.
"He will get three miles, so we'll have to see come Cheltenham time if he's good enough to be an Albert Bartlett horse."
McCoy added: "He's progressed with each run, but that was a big step up today and very pleasing."
The victor was inserted at 12/1 by SkyBet for the Neptune Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
